Why is my state not showing up in the drop-down box?

Due to current liquor laws, we are only able to ship to those states listed.

Why is there an asterisk next to my state?

While we can ship to almost every part of your particular state, there are a few zip codes that are unavailable. They are mostly very rural areas. If your zip code is excluded, we will notify you.

When will I receive my shipment?

You should receive your bottle within 10 – 12 days of placing your order.

Does someone need to sign for the delivery?

Yes, someone 21 years or older must be present at the time of delivery. If nobody is available to sign, two more redelivery attempts will be made. If nobody is available after the 3rd attempt, the shipment will be returned to the warehouse.

I received my shipment but its damaged. Now what?

Please keep all the original packaging and take a couple pictures so we can file a claim. We’ll work as quickly as possible to get you a replacement. Email your info and pictures to Gavin Long at glong@tugboatinc.com
